Ms. Poole called our team to come and help with her garage door problem. Since a door can weigh up to a hundred pounds if it is malfunctioning and jumping off its tracks it can be a scary notion. Her garage door was showing some bent areas but it also had rust in a couple of places. Since the rollers weren’t in great shape either, our technicians decided on the best course of action. First to replace the worn-out rollers, then clean the rusted parts, and in the end bend all of the damaged parts back into their places. When all of the issues were resolved the door was ready for use.
